What is a BOMA Emerging Professional? 

An Emerging Professional is someone who is employed by a commercial real estate company who is 35 years old or younger, OR has less than 5 years of experience.

The task force is a select group of individuals who serve as the steering committee to plan and host events that other emerging professionals can attend.

What is the goal of the task Force?

The goal of this task force is to be a catalyst of growth within the commercial property management industry through emerging professionals. We approach this growth by providing networking opportunities, career support from seasoned mentors, and guidance on continued career education.
